Well, I believe that some people who have bought HumVees were the ones who wanted better protection for themselves -- for example, Arnold Schwarznegger owns one...or perhaps used to own one years ago. Some purchased it due to being the 'in' thing to buy...it looks cool and so forth.

If any of you are in doubt about Arnie's being a HumVee owner -- one of my friends saw Arnie get out of one with a couple of his kids in Malibu (near Los Angeles) in the early 90's.

GM should post that pic in all Hummer dealers to show what happens when they sell Hummers to idiots who leave common sense at the driveway!

Yeah, he definitely does take better care in driving a HumVee around -- It would be nice if GM dealerships would take more time in explaining about HumVees not being a toy to drive around in, and so forth....in order to make future idiots to refrain from doing idiotic moves.
