I wonder to often on 2 or 3 I curious on I attending gym

I am attending to start to curious on more more I have membership gym fee I have cover everyday year renew replace I have member support on good gym!

I should be exercise increase

I figure out keep on update I have work on skills on my muscle

I don't want to too much on everyday!!

I consider recommend 3 or 2 days I think so advise ?
I have lots of on execrise lots of body!

anybody know experience on 2 or 3 days attending ?
 
If you are new to exercising, get a feel for the equipment at the gym. Depending on your goals, build from that experience. BTW, you have to keep it up, or you lose any benefit you get from exercise.

I have keep on more important lots of exercise equipment bit heavy

I want goal keep on it up I challenge it keep it up! I benefit! I feeling lots of work

I have real pain on muscle pretty almost to 1 days, I have equipment pretty depend feeling my energy I love on better gym!

I stay out food junk/drink!

I am actually planning to renew my membership at a gym that isn't going to drain my wallet too badly. The first week or two you'll prolly be sore and feel bad but once you become more active it helps out so much. Especially when you have built up stress in your life. Gym was great for me.

Well, SmithTR...start off slow and with light weights, most of all don't overdo it...3x a week is very good....And don't be imitated by other "muscular" guys...you will get the muscle in given time if you stick it out and eat right...have to work ur way up and up....
 
I try to go 4-5 times a week, but do legs one day, arms another, so not working same muscles twice in a row. I do cardio every time. Not really trying to bulk up as just get back in shape a bit. If I know I'll be there less often, I do more and skip a day between.

4-5x a week is pretty much...but good after going to the gym a month or so, since you'll be very sore. Giving ur muscles a little time "off" and working them every other day is good also...Cardio is good for everyday....at the start of ur workout and at the end also.

it is approximate 50-100 pound not sure euqipment :) I am heavy it lots heavy whoa!! hurting my arm also on my leg sound look likes muscle increase
almost 3 days interesting
