do you realize that the government is actually 1 President (with 17 presidential line of succession), 33 czars, 435 House of Representative members, and 100 Senators? such a small handful of people in control of America. I seriously doubt majority of them would even allow such an atrocious acts like gunning down American people or disregarding Posse Comitatus Act. The states will most likely defend themselves from the feds (or maybe not and that's ok since the armed citizens greatly outnumber the tyrannies).

the courts are there only if citizens hold them accountable.

but for people like you? the court won't hold them accountable because people like you support the government's illegal actions with blind obedience. you even support illegal NSA wiretapping. the federal judge just recently ruled it unconstitutional.... why? because we citizens held them accountable for it.

"Shoot first, ask later". remember that line? that's how a rogue government does it. there won't be any court if nobody's there to hold them accountable. So we'll defend ourselves against the hostiles now and we'll defend ourselves in court later.

If you fight against the government as a militant, you will be in prison for life if you are still alive. Do you know that? Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, etc work for the government so how can you defeat them? AR-15?

Do you know that the people in the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, etc., are also patriotic Americans? They don't consider themselves as government workers. There's a good chance that many of them would choose the right side to support if push comes to shove.

If the order is counter to the provisions of the US Constitution or the UCMJ, then they are obligated to not obey.

The wordings of the current oath of enlistment and oath for commissioned officers are as follows:
