Grrr downstair call my landlord

DeafMonkey, Ontario Law (Canada) which it's requires quiet time during weekly 10pm.. Wknd 11pm depends your neighbour agreement if you're plan making noise talk sort it out w/neighbour before start partying!

My prevouis I used to be living an apartment... and always blast the party next door.. I couldn't sleep as well.. I file formal complaint letter to the headquarter.. Pah 'bout the time, They agreed w/me and kick the tenant which not follow the apartment policy. Which it's good thing.. proprite procures follow up.. If you feel not comfy w/your neighbour as tenant coming from downstair cuz you have good reason due health sort of your leg bandage. Your mom already explained to the lady who live downstair but turn it out not respect your mother and you completlly.. She is the one lied to... and decide to expose againist you and all want herself "QUIET 24/7 all the time" Cut that crap..

I suggest you go over visit website ... City Hall , St Catharines, ON.. under Goggle... that helps there have info where always be available... to see"tenant Act"

downstair make noise now loud music which I am not going downstair to tell them turn it down .. I can feel it on my table .. I am figure it out how get rid of noise from my table hmm I did put towel under my keyboard but not work cause can feel it hmm still figure it out :)

Downstair went make noise again!!! I have an idea what my mom told me use cardboard under my table and it WORKS!!!!!!! yayayay it is quiet now lol

they turned up the music so loud after 10 pm that start at 10:30 pm
 
Aw I am sorry that you had to go through all this. I know that feelin' and it's the reason why I hate apartments and I don't like to live in an apartment. Blaah. Livin' in an apartment ain't no fun. I am glad that I am deaf, so I can make noises whatever I want in my house. Livin' in a house is better than an apt.

I am curious to ask you as I wonder -- Your apartment accept dogs ?

Wow ! Your Mom sound like a Wonderful mother she did
the right thing by taking you out for ice cream How Sweet !
Plus your Mom sound just like my Mom :D

FYI: I recalled my condo neighbor next to me
complained about the noisy upstairs and downstairs too
so she reported directly to the condo and apartment management office about it so the property manager spoke to them and
now it seem to be working out fine.

I am not sure about how to resolve your situation, but I hope
things will improve and work out for better somehow.
 
In USA, usually we have to call cop/sheriff to report about the noise from upstair or neighbor because they are disturbing our peace. Isn't it police people or sheriff's job to take care of it to give their community in peace?

Oh I dunno but now look like I am not worry about it :) cause I put cardboard under my table of legs :lol: but still can feel them when they are walking lol sometime so ingore them lol .. :lol:

my next door cut a cable line few times and also a phone line GRR
so cable company sent a statement to them for damages to the line
not me yaya

everything is went fine! last night I can feel from the floor so I grab! cardboard under my feet ahh quiet cardboard HELP! whew! lol

haha I know you will do that for sure, after seeing what you did in MO hotel, when trying to get TB and RebelGirl to open their room door, I will never forget that, that was soo funni!!
