Granny's Macaroni & Cheese in Crock Pot

1- 7 oz ( 2 cups ) Macaroni, Cooked & Drained
1- 12 oz Can Evaporated Milk
1- Stick Margarine, Melted
3- Eggs Beaten
3 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese, Sharpe or Medium
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Mix Milk, Eggs, Margarine, Salt and Pepper together. Add Macaroni and Only 2 cups of Grated Cheese and Stir well. Pour into Crock Pot.
Sprinkle remaining cup of Cheddar Cheese on top.
Cover and Cook on low 3 Hours. ( BE SURE TO TURN OFF AFTER 3 HOURS, Don't cook it longer than 3 hours OR IT GETS DRY.)
DO NOT LIFT LID UNTIL ENTIRE 3 HOURS IS UP!
 
mmmmh that's my all-time favorite! My mom used to make it every other week while my brother and I were kids. Even today sometimes I beg her to make one again. :D I think it's about time that I'd learn to make one myself. That'll make my chef (hubby) happy. :laugh2:

Yup, eggs are stablizers.
We need more egg in here.
*cynically* Except when there are guy-bashing threads. Heaven help us from ladies on the rag, there is more egg in the air than on breakfast tables.
I got snookered and cornered, practically at gunpoint to submit my male-bashing joke, proves my point.
Now I better scram before they see this.
