She had been bullied at school and that how hurting her so far. The bullying at school caused extreme emotion problem, especially I'm one of them, I decided to broke the school rules (excessive class cuts) AND parent rule (got away for long time) due to bullying and my parent's technique didn't work, even they won't help me. Despite about class cuts and absence, I was able to pass all courses and graduated from high school after school administration realized that I have psychiatric disorder and had several IEP meeting during senior year.

The child isn't easy to raise as you think and raise the teens can be a lot worse, if anything beyond to your authority and too rebellious, that why plenty of teenagers are in juvenile or ward of the state. If you can't handle with child or teen's problem so don't have children at all, and they have deal with other problems, especially at school and bullying, it is very expensive to take care for sure.

I think her parent is smart to let her to complete the journey and I hope her parent and this girl ability to get resolved as soon as possible, including change the school.

IMO, sometimes punishments can make things worse. Taking her Xbox away from her was a bad idea. Look what happened. Once she's addicted to Xbox, she would go crazy without it.
