He was actually a boy because he was a minor. Depending on context and how it's being said, it's derogative to call a grown-up as "boy".

Young man...even my 15 yr. old doesn't like to be called "boy"....and it's true, the black race finds it offensive....

It would not surprise me that once the dust settles, that GZ will have grounds to sue for malicious prosecution. The prosecutor has already shown her true colors when she threatened to sue Dershowitz over his *opinions*

Now, we not only have GZ locked up for not knowing how much was in his account while he was locked up, the prosecutor went after his wife, who didn't know and told the prosecutor to call her brother for the exact amount - which the prosecutor did not do.

Yep, malicious prosecution all the way.
Is the prosecutor going to hound anyone else who comes to GZ's aid? Threaten to jail them?

I mean, come on ....even Dershowitz (who happens to be a hard core liberal) is claiming the prosecutor was libelous by omitting medical records of GZ's injuries.

Now you are 100% WRONG. Babyblue was making the point that Mrs. Zimmerman "should" be handcuffed, taken to jail, booked, and made to look like a criminal.
I gave her an example of why Mrs. Zimmerman should not have.
I never, ever said she should not be charged with perjury, only that she should be treated fair.

If Zimmerman had stayed in his damn car and waited for the cops he would not be in jail right now! I could care less about what happen to him... He can rot in jail as far as I am concerned. If someone was following you in car and came after you with a gun I bet you would fight for your life too.

He is innocent until proven guilty. Currently, he is a political prisoner and victim of malicious prosecution.


Your point about him staying in his car has been argued from every angle. If Trayvon had not approached GZ in a violent manner, he would not have gotten shot.

GZ was completely within his rights to be on the call to 911 and to be outside of his vehicle. This is not socialist China (but we are headed in that direction).

Where is the trial to prove your allegations?
