I thought anyone connected to Bush couldn't be trusted, so why would Obama want endorsements from them?

That article said he endorsed Obama. It gave no information on how Obama felt or if he welcomed the endorsement.

According to the first link of this thread, "Obama called Powell to thank him for the endorsement, Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs said" but I don't know about the others.
