Republicans, be very worried. :)

(graphic of USA map showing almost all states blue if only 18 to 29 years old voters vote - 8 states would stay red)

A recent study showed that children of conservatives tend to be liberal while children of liberal parents stay liberal.

And in 4 years, more young people will vote and they will likely re-elect Obama and after that, it will be even more difficult for conservatives to have a conservative president as those people continue to mature and more likely to vote.

Also, historically, the Supreme Court has always tend to lean to the left, even if they were appointed by conservative presidents.

America's going liberal! :)

lol we can't discriminate the age from voting ;)

Anyway liberal's pretty good, but I rather the liberty! :P

That sounds pretty good thou. I personally like the democrat party better than the republican party anyway.

Hmm, Do you care to share a source that shows this data, Netrox to be able to validate this?

This may sound good but I would not just get far ahead in the game on this.

Only we should worry on how defense America can be. I would hate to see America lose to other.

I thought after this election everything was weighted to the Democrats and now we are a liberal country.

Yes, that's definitely what it looks like!

For the first 3 elections I was able to vote in I was an Independent -- although I voted for a straight Democratic ticket.

I'm now a Democrat, but will vote for any party that has the best candidates for our country.

More liberal mean more pothead. That's terrible!!!

McCain's been warning his voters that if Obama wins, we'll have a Congress controlled by Democrats. Did his speech scare voters into voting for him? Nope.

Why?

A recent poll said that the majority of Americans think it's a good thing to have a Democratic control of Congress. :)

"In a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Tuesday, 59 percent of those questioned think that Democratic control of both the executive and legislative branches will be good for the country, with 38 percent saying that such one-party control will be bad. "

to me liberalism is cool and not cool at the same time. I'm glad Obama won, but only because i didnt like at ALL where the Republican ticket was leading. And thats why i dont consider myself democratic nor republican because democrats tend to regulate your freedoms a bit too much. Structure unnecessary retarded rules for what they believe is good for you and you have absolutly no say in the matter. I do like the fact that they do focus on domestic problems a lot more but they usually go overboard with the whole deal and it pisses me off. So far Obama is at 0, so we'll see if he gets negative points or positive point with his administration. I'm confident he'll be all right though. His administration fucks up though, you wont believe how many states will go red come 2012.

I agree. This is exactly why I vote for whomever I think will be the best candidates for our country. Although I'm a Democrat, I'm willing to vote for a Republican if he/she will be the better choice.

I already knew that there's goin' to be more liberals and yet, I don't vote for Obama. :)
