I think it is a turtle and I put a yellow box around it.
 
I can see better thanks to bottesini. it looks like turtle to me. i lost the bet for it.
 
i tried googling and cant find a picture like this. i cant find a cougar in that picture. was that ear bottesini made a yellow circle on it? lol

thanks for posting it sooner. glad to know where the kitty was. wow that is a pretty picture but i didn't realize how big mountains are while the tiny kitty is spotting. neat.

I think there is a bird in the rock almost right in the middle of it. It look like the bird is lying down on the rock.
