Flight attendant put a 17 months-old baby in overhead locker

Well, at least, the little boy won't need to visit the overhead locker again.

Besides, the mother and father were there when they saw the attendant put the kid into the overhead and did nothing until the kid was retrieved.

Great Post! As a Father I can tell you if I thought for a second my child was being harmed someone would get smacked down. I think this mother is probably just an opportunist

Methinks you and others are right about this mother.

Because I saw this interview on one of the tv program and the scenario was the flight attendant was either impatient or angry when he stuffed the boy in the overhead locker and yet, we all saw this mention that they said they were playing peek a boo when this occurred.

If a lawsuit has legitimate cause then I support it but not this one.

The flight attendant isn't allowed to interfere with other people such as getting involved in games when they are supposed to do their jobs and putting the baby in the overhead locker can be considered harassment because if you touch someone else's child who you don't even know at all can obviously bring you down to a huge amount of trouble.
