Finally Tornado Watch has Lifted

I live in Canada, strange enough we had a Tornado
Warning/Watch since yesterday. Throughout today as well.
I just checked, the Watch for our area has been expired.
What strange weather?
 
Tornadoes can happen anywhere in the world but prediomately in the USA. I think Canada gets one once in a while. I know Lake Erie on both sides USA/Canada had a tornado. I think it was in 1985 ? I am not sure? There were about 48 tornadoes that day in '85 in one day !!!!!
