finally got a job...

thanks guys the second day at chick-fil-a was still good so I know that in the near future I would have to work ALOT longer and that means more cleaning and more customers and stuff like that...bleh I think more customers come at night than at day mostly for supper and stuff lol
 
Gee...I must have missed and overlooked this thread...anyhow, congratulations to you Steel for getting a job! I can remember many years ago, eating at a chick-fil-a restaurant and their chicken sandwiches were delicious! Perhaps in due time...your hard work ethics will pay off in a big way...just keep your chin up and stay positive!! :cool:

well you know the place where my brother works? Yep it's chick-fil-a...I've tried getting that job there for MONTHS and I almost got one because one of the employers was about to get fired, but then he didn't for some stupid reason I guess he still has my job so now just about two days ago when I heard from my brother that I finally am hired, I started almost immediately and do my role as "mr. clean" cleaning tables, sweep floors, take out trash, clean bathrooms, and so on...

they say that I would earn about $7 an hour, $200 a week and $7,000 a year...about FUCKING time that I got a job to stick with for awhile...now I can finally save some to find a nice and cheap apartment and shit like that...

ooh boy you have no idea how fucking hard it was for me to find a job after a year and half after I finished high school... bleh so congrats to STEEL! :D

Congrats!

I just had my first job in the past summer. I worked at Lions Camp, working with disability kids. It was awesome! But a lot of works.
 
Congrats, Little Steel! About time you got yourself off the SSI roster...heh heh...more money for me. All kidding aside, I'm glad to see you applying yourself and working hard...it's not easy, I know, but the rewards are greater than you think.

I've loved Chik-A-Fil - especially their chicken sandwiches! I always buy their cole slaw and then pile it on their sandwich...heaven!!! Only cole slaw I like other than homemade slaw.

I think we only have at least two left in St. Louis, I know we have Church's Chicken...this is my reaction to it... :barf:
