Maybe the stranger abused her position? Maybe he trusted her because of wht she does? Seems ironic that someone in that position would do something like this.

That is what I had to ponder about. It seems strange. For all I know, We do not know exactly what really goes down in Florida with that custody dispute. Perhaps the girlfriend (the mother of the children) thought she was leaving the children in a good hand while taking care of her boyfriend when he's recovering but then that leaves the question unanswered.

I know if it was left up to me, I would have rather left the children in a family member's care if something like that happened rather than leaving the children in a stranger's care.

That is just my point rockdrummer... it doesn't. I agree it is a sad situation, however, to me it reads as a journalistic approach to evoke emotional reactions in people exactly as the ones here. Do you honestly think that this is all the facts? I do not.

OK. So Felix didn't put the title exactly the way the headline reads. The actual title of the story is Father says children taken because he is deaf In that context I don't necessarly think the intent is to invoke emotional reactions. I believe that is actually what the father said and what the father believes. Personally, I think he was taken advantage of because he is deaf and this is after I read the entire story. I am actually glad that that story is out because anyone that reads it objectivly (assuming all of the facts are there) can see the truth. Like I said in my previous post, perhaps a lawyer or judge will see this and help this man to get his children back. On the other hand, there may be another side to this that has yet to be revieled. Time will tell.

i have agree with posts because he is deaf but he is right let him raise children without knowledge and not taking children away!

im been guardian from my mom since 2000 and i told her i wanted be indepdent myself but im now 24 years old my mom knew everythings to protect of me mostly parent knew kids need guardian to protect to getting away from strange or whatever.

but its really serious about that posts let him care kids and he says never met girls and have sex? but he will pays to attorney explain and he will understand about that.
