I think his punishment shuld be that he is locked up, alone, for an hour with another father who has had a child who was raped. I bet that dad would take care of him. He needs done to him EXACTLY what he did to that baby, by a guy who is that much bigger than him too!

I wonder why and how they actually ALLOWED the 18 yr old father to spend time alone with the baby when he pregnanted the 15 yr old girl...I wouldnt be surprised that he had raped her as well.
