Real grass is hard work especialy after rain delays groundscrew have to get field in good shape so game can resume. On rubber sportsturf after rain delay you can get game back on in 15 minutes. Real grass it take an 20 minutes to 45 minutes for game to resume.

They use real grass.downing said:I perfer real grass.
I have played soccer for over 18 yrs.. have played on both kind of grass.
Real Grass : less physical injuries....since ground are softer and you are able to penerate the ground - easy to control w ur shoes where you can control your body balance.
Fake Grass: more prone to physical injuries like broken ankles, etc....fake grass does not have soft ground, they are hard like hardwood floor, it stops your foot and it ends up breaking your ankle because it will throw your body out of balance.
I hope I am making any kind of sense here.... :|
