I saw Michael Moore on the TV. I understand everything now why he want to show us the world that US healthcare system need to fix really badly and compare many countries, he visited to. Michael has a point that they should take care of and look after peoples health, not just sell medications and insurance plans.

Exactly. They were simply showing approval for the statement Bush made. Can hardly be equated to yelling out "You lie!" during a presidential address.
