Finally greedy CEO's get the justice they deserve.....I'd rather see both Lay and Skilling in prison for cheating Enron employees out of their 401K retirement savings and enriching themselves at the expense of the workers.

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Former Enron Corp. Chief Executive Jeff Skilling, who helped change the once-staid pipeline into a risk-taking energy trader that stepped over the line, was charged on Thursday with 35 criminal counts in the company's collapse into bankruptcy.
A 42-count indictment, which also included new charges against former Enron chief accountant Rick Causey, accused Skilling of fraud, insider trading and lying about the company's finances in what prosecutors called a "massive conspiracy" to deceive investors about Enron's stumbling economic performance.
A defiant Skilling shook his head "no" as U.S. Magistrate Frances Stacy read the indictment, then pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Skilling, 50, is the highest-ranking former Enron executive charged in a scandal that rocked Wall Street and Washington and led to a wider probe of corruption in corporate America.
