If you know which program do you recommendation for email list mangement?

Preferred friendly WEB GUI. Email mang. should have ability to send out lot of users with opt-in, reply follow up etc..

What exactly do you want to use email list management for? It sounds like you are creating a public email list or something.

Yahoo and Hotmail have email lists that are easy to manage. It's just a matter of knowing how to do it. Nothing is expected to be done easily. ;)
 
Email list managment is not like hotmail or yahoo account. It's for Email marketing!
