I know that. Do you think Scooter need to get a license or not?

In my hometown's famous of people stole the moped and electric scooters from owner.
 
someone saying if scooter is over 35 mph, would need have motorcycle license to drive. If it's less, then no necessary. *shurg*

Okay, Do you think scooter is same as motorcycle? I noticed that scooter do not have a plate license. Because I saw someone ride on a scooter without plate license.

licensed in any state. In many states,
this will be classified as a moped. In
others, it will be a motorcycle. Please
check with your local authorities for
licensing requirements.


That is a quote from your link. 50 miles an hour is fast so it is a little dangerous for an unlicensed driver.
 
That's interesting! I forget to say about my cousin have her own moped without license. She live in the country rural. She let her son ride with her without helmets. It's very dangerous!

I have been considering buying a Vespa or another similar gas scooter to jet around town and do errands. Better for gas and parking! Plus, looks like fun to ride.
