I thought want to said that I just saw on tv from TLC call "Take Home Chef" and saw eggplants in few times so I want to said It does taste good ??

ha ha .. I'm watching this show at this moment!!! It looks good. I think I have tried years ago and it does taste good. Haven't try to cook it yet. Somday I will.
 
DeafMonkey! you are making me hungry. lol .Yes eggplant is good but only if you prepare it just like you saw on Take Home Chef, a show that i watch alot ,too. there are many way of preparing it. you can breaded & deepfried , too.

Oh hahahah I love to watch take home chef all the times lol everday lol .. ohh it does taste good hmm I will try next week after my ex bf back his hometown on monday so I will try take one eggplant and cook them I hope so if I will love it or not lol :lol:

Ive never tried eggplant!! lol. Maybe i should try but im famous at picky food!

Unfortunlately, my hubby & 2 sons don´t like it...I only eat eggplants in canteen at my work place.

LOL !!! sorry if it make you hungry lol lol lol .. yeah I thought want to said if eggplant is good?? lol so I will try to buy one eggplant and try to eat lol :lol: if I dont like it then never buy again lol :lol:
 
I remember tasting steamed eggplant several years ago at a restaurant and I didn't like it but maybe I'd like it if it was cooked in a different way :dunno:
 
I did had once but I wanted to try it again. My friend said easy way is

bread crumbs (the Italain seasoned one)
eggs-scramble them
flour

Slice the egg plant in about an inch thick

put the slice of egg plant in flour first then egg then bread crumbs

put it on the cake pan

pour tomato sauce I think

Put cheese on top


Bake it at 350 for 30 min to 45 min.? I can't remember how long to bake it! Damn it!

I think I should double check online to make sure or my friend.
 
i love eggplants.. YUMMY.. sifted flour, eggs, salt, and black pepper to season mixed with milk.... then cut eggplant thin.. put eggplant in the batter then drop in skillet with light oil and let it cook to light brown.. then flip over .. voila.. delicious! my favorite! i love to eat that! yummy

hi folks, my family and i love eggplants. my wife and sister-in-laws often makes eggplants... that tastes good.....also good for health.
