Eggplants

yep, eggplant is good. I've had it before. It just depends how you cook it that's all. My parents grew some eggplants before.

Really? Kewl! lol I will learn and how to cook on eggplants next week so I can find from interent or anyone tell me how to cook lol :lol:

yeah i was a lil hungry so i decided to snack on cold fried eggplants.. so good.. yummy! :P dont drool.. hehe.. :P now im out of it.. i need to buy more.. i will buy more tmw.. yummy..

i wish i have some green tomatoes.. i wanna cook fried green tomatoes.. so DELICIOUS.. :D would be good on light bread with light mayo ... yummy!

i did try put cold fried eggplants and put on bread.. taste funny.. LOL.. so just snack on cold.. is good either way! heh..

I never seen it before :eek3: I asked my ex bf and he said yeah we have here and said he think there have orange tomatoes.
 
Yeah Green Tomatoes are good, When you fry the green tomatoes with other ingredients - ooo very delicious! Normally you'd see the fried green tomatoes on the menu down here in the Southern States but you can get green tomatoes anywhere, preferably at a produce store.

I have eaten fried green tomatoes .. they are delicious... YUMMMMMY!!!
 
Eggplant is a vegetable and it does actually taste good! I'd get eggplant parmasean dinner from the restaurant because my husband doesn't like it. lol
 
Had eggplant yesterday for dinner. Tonight we had yellow tomatoe puree into a sauce with our chicken breast. It was very tasty. Glad to know you like eggplant. r u going to try it again in a different way?

I remember long time ago i did eat fried green tomatoes in New Mexico with my ex wife's family for dinner. They tastes so YUMMY!!!! I dont know how to make that? Well I never taste eggplant and will wait...
