It would be difficult for a drunk man to win high stakes poker I would think. However it is easier to win if all the other players are drunk except you.

My husband is an avid poker player - and he refuses to drink when he plays...but loves to watch the other players drink away their money! :giggle:

:lol: take it easy Shel. I got served (or offered) plenty of wine today, but I stopped after 2 glasses. Anything more would have likely knocked me out eventually. :) I can't vouch that I'll be this good on NYE.

All is does is make me sleepy. My hubby is driving and he didn't drink at all. Now drinking water cuz I don't like the sleepy feeling.
