He looked drunk. I can't tell you how many people I see in the ER every damn day that pass out slumped in the chair like that intoxicated. Terrible thing is, fleeing the scene of an accident? Whew, that's going to be a much worse charge.... Not a pretty one for sure. Just a thought. Do these drivers who flee ever stop to think, THEY HAVE MY PLATE NUMBER SITTING THERE?!? Amusing. If he was too drunk, how could he climb over the fence like that?Gross, you could actually see the drool! He looked drunk. Read that someone said he might have cerebral palsy which might explain his outstretched arms in the car and the way he ran.
Looks like he has cerebral palsy. Maybe a medicine he might have taken made him drowsy.
Atlanta-area reporter Liz Artz was one of the first to call police.
She said to 911, "He's either drunk or very sick. Something is clearly
wrong with him."
Effect?the cerebral palsy effect is pretty much same for those taking salvia or some real trippy stuff.

Effect?
Are you saying that someone who took some real trippy stuff could look like a person with CP? Don't you have friends who have CP?

Oh believe me, you'd be surprised what drunk people can do when they're scared or know they're going to be in trouble..... I can't even tell you the drunk that are brought in the hospital for DWI..... they're pretty terribly impressive. I had one man handcuffed to the bed, actually slip out, run away ( being chased by police of course ) hop the wall ( No fence to grab ) that was around 7 feet tall, and run into the woods surrounding the hospital and hide for an hour until they caught him. He was 6 times over the legal limit and we were about to pump his stomach. Amazing he didn't die, but he was well drunk and still pulled that crap. This guy wasn't even that great hopping the fence, still took him a good minute. So yes, I'd be inclined to say he was drunk, and it's very likely. Why else would he flee? An accident is no reason to run unless you'll test positive for drugs or alcohol.
