Don't buy HP,Microsoft,Dell, and IBM keyboard

Hmm..:hmm: I do have a DELL keyboard, since my new PC is fully DELL ---but I am intending to find a wireless keyboard soon. At work, I have logitech wavy keyboard.

I like logistics products as well. However, I already ordered a wireless IBM keyboard/mouse...ofc, I got it from China. FYI, wireless keyboard works fine (I dislike a heavy mouse with batteries inside, so I use my wired, old mouse anyway).

Josh, that looks nice.

This is what I have right now

I have the Logitech G15.

But what I really want is the Logitech diNovo Edge bluetooth keyboard.. Just waiting for some crazy deal to appear because it costs about $200 MSRP right now. I'd rather hope it hits $80s or less before I'd jump for it. They say that it is seamless. Also, if noise is an issue for anyone (obviously not for some of us), they keyboard types ultra silently that the untrained human ear can probably not hear it.

I know it's pricy and it's made from Russian. I hope russian give blueprint to China someday then it will be lot cheaper.

My friend gave me Cyrillic keyboard last few years but I never use it :giggle:

What I can do with Chinese labor. Someday, they will change labor policy.

I do not care what you think....
Last Mother Day 2002, I got rheumatiod arthritis.
Most important for my hands as comfortable on my keyboard. Reduce stress on my hands. Increase speed of type better than regular keyboard

Our twin sons loves my keyboard. I bought many 'ergonomic' keyboards for them and myself. Maybe, we have 8 'ergonomic' keyboards. I did not count all keyboards. My son took some extra keyboards to college. Only two dead keyboard by spill drink.

I do not need fancy keyboard. They will not stay as value $$$. Many people dump fancy keyboards or expensive joysticks at goodwill. Even brand new Apple Mac Keyboard at goodwill store. One evening, I was going drop things off at goodwill. I saw brand new Apple Mac Keyboard with seal wrap. I grab it for $5 better than $80.

Yeah, I agree.

That keyboard of yours is nice. I've used that a few times when i was on my friend's computer. :)

My keyboard is the same keyboard I've used since 2001 and it still works wonderfully. No problems. :)

I've seen people spend a lot of money on fancy keyboards. Some even said, "Hey, look at my new keyboard! Isn't it cool!? I got it on sale for $80!" "Umm... it's exactly the same layout and size as your old one." "But... it's black! That's much cooler than white!" They just don't get it.

If they want to make their old keyboards look different, they can always get this...

It depends on what you want to do with a keyboard, but yea I believe there is a fine line that draws where it becomes too fancy.

I had my G15 for gaming purposes back when I used to game a lot. The extra keys on the side allowed for me to do extra macros and bindings, so that I didn't have to use a layout that was too far from the WASD movement controls.

But now I am done with games and my G15 finds relatively little use aside from photoshop. It's only good for being able to monitor media from the tracklist buttons, volume control, stopwatch, system monitoring, a news feed and that's really it.

The bluetooth keyboards should be all the rage if you are into using BT. I'm not one to convince anyone, but if you like to have multiple support with an universal device, there you go. It can act as a receiver for a variety of devices, from your simple cellphone to ps3, whatever else out there supporting BT.

I do research and stuff in a room constructed similar to a movie theater. This will allow me and others to work on the projection with relative ease, rather than being way down right next to the pc.

But then again we know not everyone has the same needs as another. I see the whole concept of upgrading pc peripherals in the same boat as upgrading a cellphone, or fancy accessories on a car.

Some people say a cellphone only needs to be used for its basic use, making calls, texting. Then here they go with the Blackberry and iPhone: basically constructing a mini-laptop, yet people will fall for the hype. Now a BB or iphone lets one surf the web with blazing fast speeds, run extra software phones couldn't before, act as a compass.
Cars are getting built in bluetooth, higher hp/torque, all these fancy things over your standard purpose of a car (reach point a to point b).

I guess the modern consensus is, get rid of old tech and in with the new? ;)

I have an HP will be adding memory to my tower soon. I haven't had any compliants. I can use a new board later for now my standard HP keyboard suites me fine.
