I agree with everyone here that a lady deserve her punishment... Yes, cop has the right to ticket her but $173 is terrible cheap...

Here in Germany... :Ohno: strict and clean enviornment...

I admit that we NEVER do that... We know where litter box is when we want to throw something... It´s OUR bad habit to look for litter box to throw something or leave something until we throw it at rubbish bin when we are home. We respect enviornment because my boys are grew up to learn about enviornment at school.... alot of children knows where to find litter box. I would not say "prefect" but we take care of envirnoment well

Biodegradable or not it's still littering. The laws against littering are not there just for enviromental reason alone but they are there because people don't want to see garbage along the roads.

you'll be charged 1,500 for vomiting.. its all a mixture of food, acid, drink, in your stomach.. so that's 3 or 4 different things so that'll be $1,500.. :rofl: JK

I did that too when I was at fish and chips, there were alot of white sea birds in the parking lot, so I threw some chips and pieces of fish at them, at least it wasn't laying on the ground.... :whistle:

well, i threw it out of my car just to feed the birds.. lol i was thinking the food will be gone before the cops catch me.. :giggle: what can i say??? i'm a cute rebel lady??? :P

And what about the cigarette butts laying on the floor, I see near the shopping/building door entrances everywhere? It is illegal in Singapore!

Wish the birds pick it up and eating but they know its health hazards!! :lol:

Yeah....I have done that before. All I think about is animals. One time when I'm full after eating a sandwich from Burger King, and I felt like not eating rest of French Fries I made sure to throw it out of the roads so the animals can enjoy the food. Sometimes I throw it away in garbage bin. I'm a big supporter on environmental issues. I'm not doing it all but the best I can do. I admit, I made some flaws by throwing any thing on the road just that we all have brains and for some reason that made anyone to do it. Mistakes are everywhere. If you see a lot on the roads. That's bad. People have feelings and brain functions. General idea.

;) Same here.. I'm not a liter bug.. you should see my car.. my car is full of trash.. can't even see my floors except the driver's side. I finally cleaned my car last week (put it in the trash can) boy.. my car reeked for a week! never again!
 
Yup. That sounds like me. Everytime before I make sure what I want to keep and dont want to keep. I used to have a grocery plastic bag that I keep in my car for trash when its full I look for garbage to throw it away. Now, I have some kind of OCD thing that I want my car clean. I still use grocery or convience store plastic bag and every time I have friends or date will ride with me I will throw everything away. If they ask me why is my car so clean I would tell them the same thing. I just like clean! I still throw out few things out of my car on purpose on the road....later I would say wtf did I do? Oh well. Nobody's perfect.
