Do you like your written sigature?

lucia,

i don't have time to sift through earlier posts, but did my description of the opticon make sense to you?

There are some days I like my handwritten signature but there are some days that I really hate my handwritten signature.

I've noticed that when I'm under duress or in a rush, my hand written signature is kinda messy.

However, If I am totally relaxed, stress-free, etc - my hand written signature looks a lot better and crisp to read.

Mine's alot like an autograph making certain letters more obvious than others! I especially like to see their reaction when I use my initials S.O.B. :nana:

my signature is like the dictator's signature on decree paper. oh wait - i am the dictator :mad2:

I have seen his writing and it looks like he is the actual president. :laugh2:

let me see if i can describe what the opticon looks like. it consisted of 2 pieces -- a handheld camera and a small base which contained several pins that moved up and down to form each letter.

there is a newer device called the videotim that is similar to the opticon. it might help give you some idea of what the opticon looked like:

Now I understand so much better! Thank you! I am a visual person and actually seeing things helps me so much more than reading descriptions of them.

Sound like he wanted a perfect daughter.....and everything must be in perfect...fuck it! I don't have a great handwriting either... It's not true that college won't accept anyone with messy handwriting...I've seen college professor have some messy handwriting, so what's the point? If I don't understand, I always ask what do you say on this or that! I try not to make any messy on piece of paper when I ask for something or order food etc.

Nah, he's just an asshole...he enjoys verbally abusing me and my sister. Nothing new. I don't really talk to him or his wife anymore, and neither does my sister.

The new links you provided helped a lot! Now I can see what they look like, and understand how they are used! Thanks!

People love it when I print.

People hate it when I use cursive.

So I alternate back and forth depending who the individual is. As for my signature--I use cursive--and I love my signature as it represents me.

Ditto.

You know, I've often wondered what and how these handwriting analysts do their job analyzing these handwritings, etc. I've seen some documentaries on how they do their job, it's quite fascinating.

 And I know what they will say about me!
