Do you exercise? Or not?

I haven't exercised much since I left high school. I always hated PE. :giggle:

If he had a LOT of steroids, how come he has a BIG one? I've heard that steroids make it VERY, VERY, VERY SMALL...

cause right now....it's a battle of the bulge.

invest Wii Fit is the best thing happen to me. Of course, I had to make sure I warm up in stretch before doingt he exercise.
 
I do have a Wii Fit, but sometimes I feel it's not enough for me. I try to run before using it, but it makes me tremble during the yoga poses since my muscles are so tired by then.

It's fake. Obviously done with Photoshop. Even with a combination of steroids, HGH, synthol, injections or any other illegal substances, no human body can achieve such physique.

Anyway, getting back on topic, I weight lift 4x a week when on a LBM (lean body mass) phase. When cutting down, I lift 5x a week plus some light intensity cardio here and there. Oh and I eat 6 meals a day.

I eat several meals daily too. Every three/four hours
 
Speed walked 2 miles this morning before work (40 mins) and swam 50 laps just about an hour ago (30 mins) I am done with exercise for the day!

Did the Wii Fit last night and again, my legs end up shaking!

Yea, I am the same. I dont only exercise on the Wii Fit only..I incorporate into my workouts.
 
not enough at all , and at the moment kind of afraid of catching swine flu from the local university gym so alternatively id have to started walking/running instead maybe a mix of both like go to the gym at the quietest time of the day - Early mornings!

I always do strength training before cardio so if I would choose to do strength training on it, then before cardio. If I would choose to use the fat burning on it, then after working out with weights in my basement. I still follow my routine created by my former personal trainer in AZ. He told me to do the strength training before cardio because my muscles wont be so tired.

U are welcome! Oh, I also warm up for 15 to 20 mins with stretches and a short stint on the stationery bike or treadmill (that's all I have in my basement but can use other machines or whatever gets u warmed up) ..nothing that will get me sweating cuz the key is to save my energy for strength training. :)

Anyway, I do exercise sometimes, mostly walking *long walks* or dancing (I likes dancing, it burn off calories). I don't go to gym likes ballys or fitness center which I never apply there, I'd rather at home.
