Terri's wishes?! There was no written will just Michael oral statement, It shouldn't count because It Michael words only and it did not came out of Terri's mouth. Have you heard Terri said that? Or do you believe a 3rd party? Use common sense Oceanbreeze.

I AM using common sense. You don't understand FL law. This state allows for a third party to stipulate to what a person said. Therefore, Greer ruled that it WAS Terri's wish to die. It's been ruled upon, Cheri. This is not ME stating her wishes, but what a court order says.

Live with it, darling. Those are the facts.

Well, Florida laws is not doing the right thing, Because that means more people are going to do it now, since Michael did.. And Who is going to wake up and realized that oral statement is not enough. Anyone can make it up and say "Oh She/he told me he/she would rather to die".

hhmmm....

I have mixed thaughts on this...cuz by law...there is nothing the courts can do...to be honest, if they follow their own laws then her husband has the right to make any final choices...but in my oppinion...the only reason he wants to now, after all this time is because he has decided to move on..which I nor anyone else really has the right to judge him for that, but in my personal oppinion if he is ready to move on, then ask for a divorce..is there any law that says he cannot? Then he could hand over control to her parents and then he can move on...which is what I think it boils down to. But i have not seen everything about this, I am too busy to watch TV much :( but what I have heard of it this is what I have come up for an oppinion, I hope I do not offend anyone by this but hey...as they say oppinions are like A** H**** everyone has one and some of them really stink LOL :) Have a great day!!

Yeah it does,,You see,, The judges all denied to have her feeding tube reinserted. And thise judges were appointed by no other than BILL CLINTON for years the democrats stood up with their leader and protected him. You seen how the publics reacting was. The people of america want Terri Schiavo to live. The polls said they want her to live. Not one of the democrats stood up and challenged the republicans. Barbra Boxer didnt speak out. Diane Feinstien didnt speak out. Ted Kennedy didnt speak out.Not even the N.O.W spoke out .Why?? Cause they know the liberal judges will block it. Terri Schiavo lawyer said on FOX NEWS if Terri Schiavo dies all hell will pay! the american people will not forget this when it comes to 06 elections in novenber. They will remember in november.

OOPs... i voted no :( i misunderstood you cheri.. i thought u were asking about REMOVING feeding tube not RESUMING feeding tube ... i do believe in saving her no matter if she cant speak out... im sure she have feelings and probably knows wahts going on even if doctors or people doesnt think so.. shes still breathing for god sake! imagine the pain she gotta go through for being hungry... That happen in Florida Ravensteve, Blame it on Michael, and the courts not the democrats. They are the ones who let Terri die, not the democrats.

In case you dont know this. Those are federal judges. And over the years there has to be a number of judges that the president must fill for those courts. Now the president nominates the judge and it has to be approved by the senate. Now when bill clinton was president he nominated a lot of liberal judges but the repblicans just voted against his nomanees but there wasnt enough of republicans to turn down mr clintons nomanees. The Republicans played fair unlike the democrats wouldnt and the republicans didnt act like crybabies and fillabuster the nomanees. But when a republican president want put a right wing conservitive judge the democrats whine and cry and fillabuster his nomanees that is why liberals own the courts and the GOP doesnt. Thats when a lot more liberal democrats will lose their jobs in november 06 elections and theyre be join unemployment line along with tom daschile and many others.

Serendipity, it is very easy to say this, right? Now what is your opinion of the best decision? Sticky, emotional, and hard, right? Have a good day.

nope... mostly republicans... you see Pres. Bush and Gov. Bush got involved for political gain (need approval in poll but it sanked) Delay got involved too and many others.. Frist too.. and in Fla, it is actually both side.

READ THIS!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terri_Schiavo

it cover everything.... Don't tell me you don't have time here.. if you are here then you do have time!

The Roman Catholic Church, U.S. President George W. Bush, Florida Governor Jeb Bush, many Republicans, and several Democrats in the Florida Legislature and U.S. Congress have sided with Mrs. Schiavo's parents. Other groups and individuals, such as the American Civil Liberties Union, many Democratic and several Republican legislators, have expressed support for the position of Michael Schiavo.

Boult;

the link is dead. Do you have another link? :)

^ Never mind about that quote, It finally pulled up the second time around....

Anyways Ravensteve is correct through, Let me show you

Some officials in the Roman Catholic Church, U.S.

That means many democratic party had support Michael. I guess I am the only democratic who doesn't. ha! Stupid democratic party.. grrrr...

Wrong Boult, Repubicans are doing what the american people want them to do. They want them to save terri. Look at theose protesers being arrested by the corrupted sheriff dept. Guess what?? The Media showed what those deputies were doing arresting people speaking out of their minds. The Deputies even arrested children,,CHILDREN!!!. And now theyre remember this not even the LOCAL NEWSPAPERS!!! Can Save the sheriff now!!

Yes I agree on that part which the polices arrested those children just cause they tried to sneak in to give Terri some water .....I would have, and I don't care if I get arrest, They may have a court order but in my case I had one too against my ex husband and the police wouldn't arrest him just cause I had a court order but goodness they had to arrest those children just cause of the court order...I don't agree with how some cops do their job either, but some are not always fair to everyone who has a court order....And if those polices were following the laws, then they might as well follow the ones who also have court orders too...

They're only 10-13 years old...Good Grief...
