ok so tuesday i dislocated me knee and finally went to the doctor today boy was he not happy i'm in so much pain and i have to dance this week does anyone know of any quick ways to heal a dislocated knee?

Due the type work I do I have the knees of someone
who has worked 30 years in Heavy construction so
have trouble with one of my knees frequently becoming
dislocated, unfortunately I hate to say that there is
nothing I can suggest except cold packs or a hot bath.

My little one had a dislocated elbow once. Drs had to try and pop it back into the socket. They had a sling for her, and then she needed more X-rays.
There is really no way to heal it except getting it back into the socket.

For now rest. (Once you feel the "POP" then it's back to where it needed to be).

Gee, that is terribly. my son had surgery on his knee few years ago because it came too loose and pop out all the time. He still has problem with it so I made him wear brace while he is at work to protect his knee till it heals.
Just have to take easy on it and make sure it does not get worse.

Swimming is the Best solution !!! That's my opinion
but I am NOT a doctor myself .. My left knee problem
were acting up before it was painful and annoying
so I went swimming laps back forth non-stop for 30 minutes and
Guess what ? Good enough... No more knee pain
anymore.... Gone...

Swimming is Best because of
no pressure on your knee...

BUT, I am NOT sure what exactly did you mean
about "dislocated knee" ???

The quick way to heal any joint or orthopedic injury is to not try to heal it the quick way. Don't dance on an injury like that. You may never heal if you push it. Follow your doctor's advice.
