Deputies: Teen Beat Parents In Fight Over Phone - Greenville News Story - WYFF Greenville

BOILING SPRINGS, S.C.-Deputies were called to Boiling Springs home on Sunday where they said they found parents who had been injured by their daughter, who was irate over her missing cell phone.

Investigators said that Wayne and April Isier had taken away 17-year-old Kayla Brooke Burris’ use of the cell phone they had provided to her. The parents said they tried to calm Burris down, but were unable to. They said Burris started pulling clothes out of drawers looking for the phone. They said Burris then became violent and began hitting her mother.

Wayne Isier said that he pulled Burris off his wife and the teen started hitting him in the face and body.

Deputies said April Isier said her arm was injured, but she had no visible injuries. Wayne Isier had scratches on his arm and bruising on his face near his eye, deputies said.

Burris was charged with two counts of assault and battery. She was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center and released on $2,000 bond.

Yo, teenagers today... they think they are entitled to everything.
 
No respect!....If she were my child, then it's off to Juvie....then to court having her deemed "uncontrollable"..and out she goes!....Any child that beats up their parents, jeez!....It's never happened to me, so I know it must be heartbreaking to those parents, but we have to do what we have to do. Call the police and lock her up.She would no longer live under my roof that's for sure!
Wonder who bailed her out?? Mom & Dad, no doubt!
My own son, at 18, said he was a "Man"!...moved out, had his own rules and didn't want to follow mine.....well, he's back home again!...But yeah, he follows my rules!...Just told me the other day, "I realized I'm not a real Man until I can stand on my own 2 feet and have my own place."....
 
That just goes to show you should not mess with a pre-menstrual teen. Especially by taking her cell phone away. Oh no you di ent

Aww...and with his tail tucked between his legs. Maybe there is hope.

She actually managed to have a decent mugshot. Most people's mugshots usually turn out very ugly.

She deserves more than jail on a $2,000 bond. She should be in prison for like ten years for what she did to her parents.
