Well it seems to me bill clinton didnt spend his money to help the poor,Help the children, Help the women that he claims we should be helping. Bill clinton spent 30 million on his inaugural re-election back in 1996. But parton a guy named marc rich so he can get out of IRS debt that he owes millions of dollars to the IRS that could have helped the poor,Helped the children, Helped the women that he claims that are importaint. He didnt help them so why should bush help the troops instead on his inaugural re-election? Its his money he should spend it on what he wants.

Well thats a differant topic. Bush is re-elected so he should have a party for winning his re-election. Spending 40 million towards the military is like the world series champion home team should spend towards cleaning up the stadium instead of buying champaige bottles so players can have a victory party.
