It is a wonderful hiring by Gallaudet University Athletics Department! It is the first time in their baseball history to have a baseball head coach with significant Major League Baseball experiences and as a Gally alumnae, I strongly believe he will instill winning attitudes into baseball players. The winning attitudes will attract potential recruits with real skills to play for Gallaudet University.

What a great day for Gallaudet University baseball team!

I didn't know that he had retired from the MBL.

I look forward seeing how he can do for Gallaudet.
 
Yes I remember Curtis Pride from Expos organization. I don't believe he has played in major leagues for years now. That is awesome that Gaulledet hired him!
 
Interesting. He had a lengthy and productive career in the majors. His expirience should only help the baseball program.
