Crying...

i understand. alike no one need to blame what it cause. Even my son is not from genetic or enivorment, they call it, that happen. I can't say the word that my son has becuz of my privacy reason in public. I do want to share my thoughts or advices, but i couldn't. In privately, i would. I felt the same way, i used be guilt all the time, and learn alots things from it. I wasted my time of being sorry myself for it. That's right, oour kids re specials from gift. Alike i seen alots of disabilities kids, it make me sad cuz, they re too innocent, and wish they don't have those. Well i'm senstive i guess. Sorry about ur losses miscarriages, i would be afraid if keep it up too. Glad u has a special and precious son. how old ur son is? may i ask? Ginger....

Here the pix of my son of first day school (taken yesterday)

Sherry - AWWW, he is sooo cute!!!

I know I am in your shoes. Teachers were saying that Kyler was in "slow" development, but not true, I am glad I put him in school early and that way he can catch up and recovery from being slow. Teachers told me that the progress that Kyler have made so far was EXCELLENT and he is ahead of everyone. I am thrilled, but I am going to let him stay with the school to help him to development his social skills and speech skills with other kids that way he will grow up with other people at his own age, not the older people...

Here is my kid on his first day of school..

:squint: Whoa.. That's sound rude to say that. Do you have the breakdown when you send your daughter to school? :-o It sound like you doesn't care about your daughter? Don't you??

I always love my baby boy, he will be my only child and every steps he has went thru, his first walk, I cried, his first crawl, I cried, his first word Mama, I cried, his first milestones, I cried, and I put him to school and I cried.. I am sure every mothers have the same emotions I went thru. It broke my heart when I send my 3 years old son to school in August and I just bawled my eyes out all day... I am sure it is normal for all first time parents to share those emotions on their first day.

It's understandable to cry for a few minutes once you've sent that child to school.. but to cry all day? Now that's a bit much.

Crazymama, Javapride, and Bullymom - uh, how can I being so rude?

Awww, he's cute!!!

Lucky, your son looks cute, too. Children are precious angels. ;)

Aw, Crazymomma, he's cute! They all will grow up to be wonderful people. :)

Ginger, ah i read the article of your son's disability. I completely understands. I'm sure he show u some way of his loving to you. I hate the part, food picky. My son is one of them too. Hes very "limit" over foods! Its very fed up. But he start like other abit foods at one step and other. Give him some time. Yup, that's right, lady! we love our kids no matter what. Accept who they re too.

Whitewolf, thanks..

Same to me.. My son is VERY picky eater, he only eat what he likes. He likes chicken, he doesn't like hamburger or anything. He doesn't like anything is green. It's frustrating...

Patience take while until your son will turn little bit older and will eat veggie..

As same my little son still eater picker... prefer eat cereal all the time.. I told him no... Just try eat 1 piece green veggie.. He did ate it but still dislike.. That okay.. take time until when he feel wants more increase 2... then 3... take time..
Your son looks healthier still good... :thumb:

Ahhh, reminds me of the good ol' times. My daughter loves to gobble all the foods since she was a baby, now ages 12. My son just like yours was a picky eater. He ate like a bird. Then when he got older, he was still picky. Until he started gaining a good weight and now eating more foods than when he was younger. He's 10 and eating just about anything. ;)

Don't worry, but do not pressure him to eat more. Let him pick what he wants and if he feels full. Keep giving him more nutrient foods. It will help keep building more and he'll start on his way to good eating habits. Some parents force the children to eat foods they do not like causing bulimia, anorexia nervosa, other eating disorders, or worse becoming unhealthy obese (too much junkies and unhealthy foods) and frustration.

Remember, our children are      . :)

Ahh.. wow, i don't thought that many picky eater. My son love the junkies the most, but like microwave bowl (spegetti ring 0, chicken noodles, ravilioi, etc), but he love only mcdoanld, but others FF. He only eat chicken nuggets and bacon that's it! He love pizza. But lately he started school, he did attempt try eat different foods but hes too scare to try. I don't force him. Hopefully OUR kids grew out of it.

REad this and you will see what i mean.. he may be picky eater but it is related to SID. He refuse to eat FF at mcdonalds but will eat mashed potatoes? grr at him.. LOL

I remmy last year we went on the field trip to pumpkin patch with his class .. on the way there.. the kids were singing.. TJ didnt like it .. he would put his hands over his ears and tell me tell them to STOP.. i told him but we cant.. u can keep ur ears closed ok? he said ok..
so many examples that he didnt like and what he like- like spinning, walking in circles and jump.. etc..

i hope this help you to understand what my son is going thru. :)

Darn, Sherry. You reminds me of the foods I LOVE. :P Especially, McDonald's. ;) Yuuuummmmmy foooods! :D
