Those frivolous lawsuits get pretty expensive real quick. Kind of like being Gulliver tied down by so many Lilliputians, one cannot do its job effectively with all the investigation and lawsuits going on.

No excuse for being quit because of frivolous lawsuit and Palin should continue to be state governor as her wishes to finish the job. Now, I called her as quitter, no matters about reason with frivolous lawsuit.

How do you feel about these "birthers" that keep making these ridiculous claims? Do you think Obama can disregard them and be unaffected, or was Palin's load a bit heavier? What about any government costs to respond to them?

I think the idea here is to get rid of Obama at any cost and it doesn't matter if it's by legal or ethical means or if it's by dishonest means. Why else would there be such support for questionable groups like birthers?

He could've easily provided it the first time around before he was elected. But he choose not to and hence the headaches.

And why is no one demanding McCain to show his proof of birth although he was NOT born in the states?

Would that have made a difference? I'm skeptical. :/

This is just incredible. The article exploits people's ignorance about JPEG algorithms and how they determine which data to discard and which to preserve to make a case that it's forged. Since it was saved as PDF, there's extensive amount of JPG compression going on and halo effect is a common side effect of jpeg compression. A lot of his "proofs" are pure bogus.

This one refutes nicely:

Dougls Vogt is one of the crackpots working as a geologist - hardly an expert in OCR.

Reality Revealed, The Theory of Multidimensional Reality by Douglas Vogt

:hmm: People with a background in geology seem to want to step outside their field and be thought of as having expertise a lot, don't they?

There was no reason to. The best way to respond to bullies is to ignore them. Until of course, they simply won't STFU and you have to make an ass out of them by showing that they were wrong all along.

Hence my rhetorical question.

He has already shown it.

Although both of McCain's parents are American born are easier to defend for a child born outside of the U.S. than parents who is an American and another a non-American (British subject). McCain's case became a constitutionality question. Still is today.

Are you guys talking about the frivolous lawsuit Obama filed against Arizona that he lost?

Actually, Ron Paul supporters were all over that during the election before the stuff about Obama came out. Conspiracy theorists are equal opportunity crazies.

No, go back to your cave.

But I don't see how it matters. Look at this latest effort to dismiss the birth certificate he did produce. It will never end, because the "Almighty and powerful Oz, the Black man from Kenya" won the election.

If you want to get picky, a whole bunch of our earliest Presidents possibly had parents born in other countries. Where was the witch hunt during the late 18th century - early 19th century?

It's easier to have birth certificates in modern America than 200 years ago to prove U.S. citizenship. Secondly, if you have two parents born in the U.S. and are U.S. citizens who happen to have a baby outside of the U.S. (and its territories) will be an easier defense than not is what I'm saying. Calm down, dude.

Calm down? I am nowhere near excited. I find this topic, and all the incarnations of it, to be particularly uninspiring of emotion. It is more of a *smh* kind of thing.

Question of the day: do you think "The great and Powerful Oz, Black man from Kenya, our elected President" has provided a forged document here?

Again, breath in, and breath out.

read the title of this thread in case you don't know what we're talking about.

why should he satisfy all conspiracy theorists and naysayers? I'm glad he didn't bend over for them. He pretty much showed entire America that hypocrisy and racism are still going strong.

Perfect Example - You.
