Court of public opinion looms large in George Zimmerman murder trial

so that's what Zimmerman said.... unfortunately - not as a fact. just a claim

Officer Serino concluded that Trayvon wasn't committing any crime.

Actually Serino didn't make any conclusions. He merely stated there was no evidence. Being that Trayvon was dead it is doubtful that police investigated Trayvon very thoroughly. But we do know that a possible burglary tool was found. And we know that Trayvon had been caught with burglary tools in his possession in the past.

- O'Mara points out that a young black man was arrested/accused of burglaries just 2 weeks before shooting. Asks if Serino if Trayvon had been planning to commit a crime that night. Serino says there is no evidence of such.

- O'Mara also pointing out that there was a car buglary tool found near bushes, could that have been a tool someone planned to use?

- Serino confirms that there was no evidence that Trayvon was going to commit a crime, but there was evidence Zimmerman was following Trayvon (which is also not a crime).

- Serino also agrees that the medical examiners report is consistent with Zimmerman's. It places the teen on top of Zimmerman with his clothes hanging.

ah.... then you've finally agreed that the police had made a sloppy investigation.

there you go. therefore.... Trayvon wasn't peeking in anybody's window.

According to Zimmerman, Trayvon was peeking in windows, thus the "suspicious behaviour". Trayvon's clothes did not set off Zimmerman's spidey sense. The fact that Trayvon was black did not set off Zimmerman's spidey sense. Zimmerman quite clearly indicated on the 911 call that he suspected that Trayvon was on drugs and was "acting strange" (peeking into windows).

Toxicology reports (that the prosecution tried to suppress) indicated that Trayvon was high. So, we can conclude, that Zimmerman's spidey sense was not overt paranoia.

Since Zimmerman's testimony has 100% matched all physical and tangible evidence during the trial, we can safely conclude that Zimmerman was being 100% honest when he claimed he saw Trayvon peeking into windows.

Since the Sanford Police Chief (former chief) came to the same conclusion that the State of Florida came to, we can conclude that their police investigation was not "sloppy". Thus, the former Sanford Police Chief should be given his job back, as well as back pay for wrongful termination. Those who protested and barricaded the Sanford Police Department demanding that he be fired should face obstruction of justice charges.

Do you have a source about Trayvon Martin was peeking in window? Is just your assumption?

I'm not interested in your assumption and if you can't prove it, so it means Travis Martin wasn't peeking in window.

Suspicious behavior could be craze, drunk or high that caused by drugs.

Trayvon Martin, 17, died Feb. 26 in a dark pathway some 20 minutes after a neighborhood watch volunteer called police saying he thought a young stranger looked suspicious. It was raining, and the volunteer thought the kid in the hoodie walked too slow and peeked in windows.

unfortunately.... there were no concrete evidence or any supporting fact that corroborated Zimmerman's claim so we'll never know what made Zimmerman suspicious of Trayvon... but what we do know is that Zimmerman has profiled him.

Toxicology reports (that the prosecution tried to suppress) indicated that Trayvon was high. So, we can conclude, that Zimmerman's spidey sense was not overt paranoia.
incorrect. medical examiner testified that there was a "trace" amount. no evidence that he was high.

incorrect. the prosecutor failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Zimmerman had ill-intention to kill Trayvon.

FYI - the police improperly handled the evidence thus resulting in contamination. and Zimmerman's lie test was unthorough.

oh I thought Serino is this one -

As for Trayvon peeking in windows. One witness says yes. A witness that Serino said seemed honest.
I have no doubt that that witness is not lying however.... unreliable. As we already know - a witness testimony is the most unreliable one.

Not exactly

Bao also changed his opinion about whether the level of marijuana in Martin's system could have affected his physical or mental condition. Previously he said it would not. Now he says the level of marijuana could have impaired Martin, but he can't say for sure
