Just wondering... in order to be forgiven, you have to confess to a priest, to ask forgiveness from god? or dont have to since jesus dies on cross for sins. If jesus die on cross for sins, then why bother confess? Why jesus have to die on cross, hes supposed to be god or son of god? God can die? hmmmm.... Why did jesus say "oh father why have u forsaken me?" and died. Hes supposed to be god or son of god. which is it? if he is god then its illogical since he died and spoken about and to god, the father, the creator. If hes son of god, then that means god can have children. In Islam, Theres only one god, god is not begotten or begets children. He creates them with clay. he gave mankind with many messengers to remind us, to show us the way, to tell the truth. Unfortunally, theres always someone or people ready to debunk the teachings of god, the one and only. Twisting words of Gods for Iblis (satan) through misguided people or people who believe in nothing but themselves to be able to have many souls he cld take. Mohammed is the last messenger of god. Islam is the religion that god had perfected. I pray and hope that god have mercy on those who are far from the path of god, the beliefs of all messengers, his angels, the day of judgement. Did you know that what matthew wrote was hearsy? The vatican admits that. Matthew and i think lucas also wrote some things from hearsy, they were never there as witnesses. 20/20 i think had a show about the 3 religions and the differences that stated the information of matthew and lucas. O Allah, open their hearts.

In Catholic church, they go to a priest to confess their own sins but not with other churches. Many ADers here are not Catholic so some of them are against Catholic Church.
As for Jesus, u have not read that part, he had risen from death and walked with his followers for 40 more days. Only thru HIm, people are saved from sins. We all have sins and we need to acknowledge our own sins to make right with God. Allah is not God, I do not see Allah good to me and others.

I asked u not to pray and have mercy on me becuase I do not want anything to do with your allah.

Born again Christians confess their sins directly to God thru Jesus.

If a sinner repents and accepts Jesus Christ as Savior, then God forgives all that person's sins forever. That means, the person has eternal life, and is able to enter Heaven. Nothing can change that. However, whenever a Christian commits a sin, then the peace of heart and fellowship with God is broken. God will ignore that person's prayers, will withhold blessings, and possibly need to chastise the sinning Christian. But that person never loses his/her saved position with God. If that person confesses and repents the sin, then fellowship with God is restored, the heart is at peace, and blessings flow.

I John 1
6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Why jesus have to die on cross, hes supposed to be god or son of god? God can die? hmmmm....

Only Jesus was pure enough to sacrifice for the sins of the world.

Jesus was 100 percent God, and 100 percent man. He had to be born on earth with a human body so that He could become the sacrifice for our sins. He had to have a real live flesh and blood body that could suffer and die for us.

While Jesus was dying on the cross, He voluntarily accepted into His body all the sins of all people of all time. He bore the sins of the world. God is holy and cannot look at sin. Therefor, during that time when Jesus was filled with our sins, God had to look away.

Both. He was both at the same time. He is not a mortal human stuck with mortal limitations.

I don't care what the Vatican admits. I'm not Catholic. I care only what the Bible says.

Since when is "20/20" an authority on spiritual matters? I don't believe in the gospel according to 20/20.
