I worn mind outside and nope I never once put it in my clothes... I wasn't ashame of it. So it wasn't a biggy for me

This is Dinosq ... Yikes yes yes yes .. I would not wear it if I wear CI.
NO WAY .... :eek2: I won't get CI anyway ... Hearing aid is a good enough for me. Actually I rarely wear it.
 
hm nowadays people wont need that for CI cuz new model is more like hearing aid than that box thing with wires. i might try and get that new model but it is very costly.
 
Oh I dunno.....I think it would probaly depend on the kind of insurance you have. Also little kids are very often fitted with the box type of CI.
 
true it does depends on insurance. (but still anything over 50 bucks is expensive lol)

and wouldnt it be better for kids to ues newer model of CI? since they likes to play around and the box fitted would get damaged more easier than the hearing aid CI?

I thought it was cute, I know a few kids that have CIs in my little one's class. I am going to mention it to them. The T-shirts are pretty neat.

You got the wrong idea, It has nothing to do with being anti-CI, They believe in children's rights, children's choice, that does not even make them an anti-CI, I wish people would stop saying that unless you can read our hearts and mind, Unfortunately anyone can't.
 
You go Cheri, personally I'm sick of hearing it myself too, cause there are people who going to be against the idea of children being implant cause there's a reason for that, just like there are some people who rather children to be implant, I can see where each are coming from, those who are closed minders are the ones who don't see where the others are coming from on this too...
