In another discussion I brought up the thought of getting a medic alert jewelery that says I have a Cochlear Implant. While I was looking around for this an idea came to me.

I'm sure we all know the international icon for deaf (Click here to see it).

Well as a graphic designer I thought why not make one for the Cochlear Implant. So this is the basic idea I came up with for a CI icon. It's just an idea I'm playing around with. Since there are a lot of us in here with a CI I just thought I'd see what you think.

It's not done. I just made this really quick and it can use some cleaning up.

The blue one looks nice. Could heighten the contrast to distinguish the block and the icon though.

I like it! Simple and nice.

Great Idea!! I prefer the black colours since it does stand out more.

it look like a simple drawing of an ear, more like symbol than a drawing, but with a symbol of ear wearing a cochlear implant. the symbols are in black and white, but one of it blue.

Sounds cool. How's the CI depicted?

it look more like a hearing aid but without the earmold... and has a "U" shaped line drawn to a circle which suppose to represents a wire attached to the magnetic headpiece

I'm terrible at describing pictures :)
