Cherry Cheese Pie
Prep: 30 mins Cook: 3 hr. Ready in: 3 hr., 30 mins
Ingredients:
1 9" graham crackr crumb crust or baked pastry shell
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 14oz Can of Eagle brand sweetened Condensed Milk not evaporated milk
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 21 oz Can Cherry Pie Filling
Cooking Instructions:
In a large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually pour in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in Real Lemon, cherries, and Vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
