There's a new twist in making a taco I did in past few weeks which I loved it! It's called Cheeseburger Soft Taco!

I wasn't able to follow the recipe exactly because I did not have those items on hands so I did a slight variation of it but still tasty!
Since I shop at Safeway so I bought
Steakumm burgers (yes, it is new! I got the sweet onions one) instead of Sirloin beef as indicated and since it has onions so no need to add onions to taco.
Chipotle sliced cheese instead of shredded cheese
Fresh Made Pico De Gallo instead of Sliced Tomatoes
Shredded Lettuces instead of lettuce leaves
the the other day, I bought Safeway's "Fully Cooked Favorites" Jalapeno & Cheese Beef Burgers (It was good Jalapeno was bonus! yum! )
When I ran out of Pico De Gallo so I went to Safeway few night ago to find out they don't have any more so I bought tomatoes (that was before the news broke out about tomatoes issues eh )
anyway, I loved Cheeseburger Taco! My next attempts will be to use Sirloin beef instead of just beef.
Since Steakumm burgers ended up smaller than the size of folded fajita tortilla so I am going to try corn tortilla and I will do the step I do with Cheese Taco in my first post in this thread then add halved burger and stuffings.. That would be delicious!
Mission, the maker of tortillas(which submitted the recipe to allrecipes.com ) also have other cheeseburger taco but with chipotle though...
