That is the goal. It doesn't always work out because sometimes there are not enough loyal men in that country to replace the American troops. But that is the goal.
That's why Bush cannot say exactly WHEN
will American troops come home until AFTER
Iraq soliders learn how to defend themselves
in their own country. More questions about
why should we worry about Iraq more than
our own country ?
