Cancel AOL took almost forever?!

Whew! I was glad that I cancelled AOL few years ago and it was pain in ass with AOL Customer Service. They did not understand what "cancel an account" at all. I refuse to go back and use it.
 
I used AOL awhile back and tried to cancel it cuz lousy service, etc. Same story--tried to give me free months too. That got me laughing cuz it was so obvious they want more $$. :laugh2:

AOL sometimes keep taking $$ out of yur credit card/bank after you cancel it...I dont think they do that anymore. Lousy service and good for beginners to start with.
 
Aol did kept taking my money from my bank even tho i cancelled two yrs ago... until i talked to someone in my bank and they called AOL... stopped taking my money...
