I for one knew that american like to take lots of risks.
That's the problem, a lot of Americans are living on nothing but credit. People can't afford to live on just credit.
People shouldn't be buying things they can't afford to keep.

Yeah I agree. I like it how canadian food inspection take it seriously from my understanding!

Exactly...the problem with america is that you (the states) think ALOT is better...well you have too many banks giving out credit and mortgages to ppl who can't afford it and your foreclosure rate is ridiculous meaning your economoy sucks because you have soooo much national debt and bailouts
Yes that's truth. sometimes I hate taking risks because I do not have any blood in taking many kind of risks .
oh - it's cuz we're your #1 oil buyer![]()
Drill Baby Drill
Does Canada has better regulation on oil drilling than in US? I'm just wonders.
There is a difference between taking risks and living on credit.
That's okay, we have deaf plan for wireless carrier and videophone. Canada don't. That's why they're very cheapskate like Jew.
Canada is a great country. Who could fail to love the place where Mrs. Bucket lives?
MWAHS! You simply have to come up to Canada and enjoy all the fantastic multi-cultural dishes I enjoy on a regular basis. There are so many different international shops on one street and that is just in Toronto. Imagine the vast diversity I am able to enjoy and maintain my cultural independence; please do come on over, neighbour!
gosh i didnt expect to see amercian are jealous of canada. I for one knew that american like to take lots of risks. eh. I am happy for canada because i hope it stays the way canada is. so it wont affect others eventually you know?
Today is Canadas day so my fellow Americans, we should congratulate them because it is their time in the sun. As soon as the Democtates and Obama are gone Canadas success will become a faded memory.

Here in Maine we would have nice clean crisp air but, unfortunately we get all the air polution from Toronto and Quebec 90% of the time and the rest of the time we get pollution from Boston and New York. Please clean up your factories so I can breathe better-thank you.You are correct, the only reason Canadian banks are doing better than the rest of the world is because they were much more conservative in their investments and risked alot less. So when the world economy collapsed-those who risked the most like Europe and the US lost the most.
US banks are far more regulated than our Canadian friends even before the collapse. most of the regulations resulted from 911, another reason why we need less federal regulations-it doesn't work. the less government-the better. here in the US (not saying Canada is any better), we need more ethics and less scrupulous people running our companies.
How do I know this-I work for the third largest bank in Canada who took over my bank which was the 5th largest bank in New England so I know both sides of the story.

Nice, but one thing I'd like to point out is that Canada has very little to offer, if anything, the US doesn't have, except maybe ice road truckers and unlike some areas in the US, alot less crowdedHere in Maine we would have nice clean crisp air but, unfortunately we get all the air polution from Toronto and Quebec.
