Like I said... You have no concept of this at all.

White people made these laws...
And why should Black people follow these laws?

White people stole Indian's land, force them to live
on Reservation and then took my Black Ancestors' freedom
and raped them and slave them...
And then KKK and lynching...

So don't you dare tell me anything about the law!!!!

We have the right to LOOT!!!!

Our Black people should have not been in Caribbean and Southern States,
We belong in AFRICA!!!! Not here where Hurricanes are!!!!

LOL You will know after what happened to New Orleans.
The weather ( Mother's Nature ) is actin' up weird than before.
It's gettin' worse because, of 3 different things ( Global Warmin', Act of God, and Wrath of God ) -- dependin' how the people view it.

When all these things happen, the next season tend to follow the same problem, but in a different season. Like for an instance : In the winter, we'll probably face a major freeze below the normal "winter" degree or it could be somethin' else. :dunno: Just wait and see.

Supposedly if, there's a major Blizzard in snow -- never see it before in history, how could we afford to pay for electric/gas bill to keep inside the house warm while the oil/gas prices go up skyrocket just, because of what happened to New Orleans ?

That's somethin' we need to think about ahead of time. I don't trust Mother's Nature. *chuckles* I guess the Mother's Nature is on PMS ! But, hey - don't ask me how the Mother's Nature should wear tampon or pads to make it happy.

I understand what Miss P is trying to explain to you. Some of her thoughts are not making any sense - How she get a ride if she does not have the money with her? It would take a week for her to get the money after she sold her ring on ebay- even worst a fraud buyer stole her ring. She forgot that she needs to eat food right now not tomorrow. Actually, she should have done in the first place is to stay at her relative's house.

If I were this person who lost a home, I would have no choice to grab food and blanket. I would not want to stay with a group of looters because they might carry a weapon and steal illegal things. It might be cold at night that I need to keep my body warm. It is no easy task.

Many polices are carring their guns on the street. They are supposed to bring the food for these people because it is an emergancy! They don't get it. Isn't that incredible dope?

On the news, it is so easy for us to see that they are trouble-makers. They are not quite troubles. It is just like Iraq people that lost their home, too. It is pretty same concept.

No you don't.

See proof.

- How she get a ride if she does not have the money with her?

Yeah if I ride the bus to Houston... and I have no money with me...
and stay at AstroDome for days or months....
And then what? Wait???

Well I can sell the stolen rings and watches at the pawn shops or something.

She forgot that she needs to eat food right now not tomorrow.

What if Food runs out in New Orleans today? And I be stuck in New Orleans
with the others.

Actually, she should have done in the first place is to stay at her relative's house.

If I live in New Orleans, I would have evaluate, even if I don't have a car,
I will take the Greyhound bus or whatever transportation available and go.
I ain't gonna be no fool, I ain't gonna say, "Oh this hurricane might not be as bad, I'll ride it out." I won't do that, I would leave New Orleans.

hey Oceanbreeze, are you the one in the wheelchair?
What if someone in wheelchair live alone in their house, and
didn't climb up to the attic in time before the flood go up...???

It would be so scary to not be able get out of the house...
then might have to depend on someone....

And if that person in wheelchair is on dryland, but too tired of
searching for Red Cross and all, but see grocery store,, and it is wide open and got food, I think 99% percent chance that that person in wheelchair will steal food from the grocery store.
miss p, I am also in a wheelchair too and I would press 911 button if there is an emergency when I live alone. Oceanbreeze would do the same thing, and we can't depend on PCA employees all the time, otherwise we would either pay for overtime or be in risk of entering home health care!

Exactly, RJ. The county where I live is set up with a list of all it's special needs residence. I have also family near me who would look out for me should an emergency arise, but if I had to, I would rely on this list. The Co. is well versed in dealing with these emergencies. They make sure the disabled population is evacuated out when a hurricane threatens.

Oceanbreeze and RJR2006,

I hope that both of you are very brave and great wise to be with your family or friends when next tragic event occur in future. Next time, do not stay at home/shelter alone and please get out immediately...

We stayed for a storm once. But, only once. It was a category 1 storm. If a category 3, 4, or 5 hurricane threatened us, we'd leave!

We're not stupid.

or even movies like "city of god"? it was one of the most violent films I've ever seen and was based on a true story in Africa.
