Hello?! Is everyone overlooking this fact. The prisoner was a MAN at the time of the crime, at the time of the trial, and at the time of imprisonment. The prisoner didn't even begin the process of gender reassignment until he was in prison! Who's paying for the gender reassignment, and why was it approved of while he was in prison?
I have a medical question. What do the chromosomes of this person indicate? Male or female?
The procedure shouldn't had been approved of in the first place. Period. It's too late to reverse it now.
The problem is now that the governing body messed up on regulating the people, that if the transsexual was to return back to the male penal system, that she would probably be sought out as a prize.
I could care less about the actual person, but I will not let someone else use an sexually altered person as a way to elevate themselves above the rest of the prisoners just because it is a "female."
