Welcome to Mexico, eh? My Mexican uncle was about to be strangled with a rope after he was kidnapped for ransom. A EL Salvadorian friend of mine told me her uncle was unexpectedly stabbed and killed on the sidewalk and the killer could not be found. It scared the hell out of her family and they moved here legally. I can go on and on.
