A 14-year-old schoolboy was savagely beaten by his teenage attackers, doused in boiling water and strangled to death before his body was cut up, a British court was told.
Adam Morrell, 14, was left with more than 280 injuries to his body as a gang tortured him until he was almost unrecognisable.
His body was then hacked up with a saw in the bathroom of the house where he was staying in Loughborough, Leicestershire, wrapped in black plastic bags and dumped in and around a canal in an effort to hide the evidence.
Nineteen-year-olds Matthew Welsh and Daniel John Biggs and 17-year-old Sarah Morris stood trial accused of the boy's murder.
A fourth person, 27-year-old Nathan Barnett, pleaded guilty to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility at an earlier hearing.
A jury at Nottingham Crown Court heard the boy looked "like an alien" following the attack in the Loughborough house.
Members of the gang told police how they had turned up music to drown out the noise as his body was sawn into pieces and then frantically cleaned the house to hide the evidence.

the 14 year old kid shouldnt have been put thru all that -- the other kids that were involved in this torturing of the 14 year old should be locked up and have the keys thrown out!!!!! its a very sick thing to do!
