He need serious learn lesson but he killed his own brother!!

This has been in the news for a very long time...the "boy" is very big for his age, and not only killed his brother, he repeatedly raped him.

Feel this boy needs to be locked up for a very long time and get all the psychatric help he can get....and his Mother also....very dyfunctional family he has!

But he's getting so much "sympathy" from the public....no matter what he did.
