Just bought the Xbox360 controller today...it does feel pretty small indeed yet also very damn comfortable too. I just feel in love with it after I put it in the palm of my hands.

I guess sometimes there is really love at first sight, eh? :D

I bet you stare at new X360 controller for 24hrs, 10 days left to go on launch day! LOL.

But have you played X360 playable at any store like wal mart or eb games before?

Me, too! Just saw King Kong on Xbox 360 kisrok at EB Games and playing with controller before making purchase. It's great with emulators but dont tried on pc games yet until I get key mapping program.

Biggest wish was Microsoft's key mapping program for Xbox 360 controller....

what a lucky dog ya are steel! I've had my hands on the xbox360 controller at the walmart kiosk and it feels more natural than the Controller-S and miles ahead of the PS2 controller.

Wireless controller is so KOOOL!

Today, I just picked the sweet X360 wireless controller come with play and charge kits from target store!

Look below

I can't wait to pick the Perfect dark zone game which will hit on game store tomorrow!

*ahem* it's Perfect Dark Zero.

anyway, great choice, dude.

Target and EB games were selling wired controllers anyway...I never seen any wireless controllers at all...guess they were sold out or something lol but that's cool cause I don really need wireless controllers anyway.

I plan to get Quake 4 and PDZ the day they come out before I get my Xbox360. :D

oooh baby, the future is SO bright green!

bought PDZ : limited collector's edition and Memory Unit today.

finally bought Xbox360. (core system) (and please no insults either, I know exactly what I bought)

It's far the best console I've ever got in a long time.

I've turned on the console for the first time and there was no power, I checked the cable and plugs again, and yet, no power. then I tried again, and there was power, but the red light on the console was showing as a sign of errors on the system so I unplugged again and plug it back in and then ta-da! it's all green, lock and loaded!

there comes one of the coolest dashboards I've ever seen as well...I log in with my own s/n, load and save games, and I use the memory unit to go to wal mart's xbox stand and download some special cotents there such as demos and shit so I'm gonna try to go to wal mart soon and use my memory unit to download demos then take it home with me and play them on my own console.

what I'm really impressed about the Xbox360 is that you can use the guide button on the center of the controller, hold it for 3 seconds, then ta-da! you turned on the console, and if you want to open the disc tray, go to the dashboard and find that says, "open disc tray" and it will do it right away! if you want to turn off the console, use the guide button again for 3 seconds and you will find "shut down" and you automatically turned off the console without even having to get up and turn it off yourself. :D thats what I really loved most lol. as well as for playing DVDs, you do NOT need the media remote to play movies as that remote is just for advanced experience, but I feel that I dont really need the remote as long as I can still use the Xbox360 controller to play movies...much like I can use the controller on the PS2 to play movies as well. that is MUCH better too. So I think I'm all good with the core sytem and got exactly what I need. I dont need the head set as I'm not going on Xbox live.
I dont really need the HDD unless I find out I need more space for my games in the future. I still have my orginal xbox to play the orginal xbox titles.

I've played PDZ on xbox360 and the graphics are quite beauiful and stunning! I loved every bit of that game lol expect for the major disapointment that it lacks subtitles! :( I was surprised that it's Rare's first game to go without subtitles...wtf? so I dont know why...anyway, it's a great game and I loved it. They should do the orginal PD remake as well lol.

later on, I'll rent some games like Kameo : Elements of Power and Quake 4. :D then I'll buy them later perhas after the holidays.

I have a feeling that Xbox360 would definetly beat the Playstation 3 since I've heard that the Playstation 3 won't play used discs, even a disc that you borrowed from a friend, and it wont play on your Playstation 3...that has got to be the most fucked up plan I ever heard. it would be the biggest failure in history and even PS3 owners couldn't even rent games either, tsk tsk tsk...

anyway, I'm not even abit interested in the nintendo revloution, epesically with that remote controller, which is a major turn off for me, and is only better used for less experienced gamers...bleh. sounds retarded.

anyway, Xbox360 got my vote.

1up.com gave PDZ an 8.7 so in my opinon, I give it an 8.9 it's still a great game, but it lacks subtitles. :(

lol it wasn't that easy.

I've preordered mine back in late august and as of last night, it was all wet, cold and rainy...and I had to wait about 45 min in line to get the system. I was like the 12th person in line to grab one. It was still raining while we waited in line, so lucky I bougth my hat and jacket to keep me from the cold and even some black dude from the back played Tiger woods on his PSP and he was a chatter box lol so since I preordered the core system for $50, I paid about $273 last night so that was a good deal indeed.

got a wired controller, AV cables, PDZ, extra wired controller, and an memory unit, etc...at least I dont really need the media remote or the HDD at this moment because 64MB is a whole lot of space to spare on my console and I can still play DVDs with using the controller instead of a remote, so that's much better too. I feel I got everything I need now. I wouldn't want to get the "ulitmate" system because I dont need the headset since I'm not goin to use xbox live. and I still have my orginal xbox to play the orginal xbox games so I dont need the HDD right away to play orginal xbox games anyway since not ALL orginal xbox games would work on the xbox360. and I dont really need wireless controllers so I rather use wired controllers to save money from buying packs of batteries and shit lol.

so, in my opinon, the core system is much better than the ulitmate system lol.

oh really. well i am just 16 year old and my mom would buy me later.. real.. i dont want it right now. i would happy to get advance xbox for good deal.

As a Deaf gamer, which would you recommend, the Core System or the Premium System?
The core system.

because if you are deaf and can't really talk on the phone or have some kind of commucation problem, etc...then the headset for Xbox live isn't for you. that's why I didnt' want to waste money on the Premium system as I dont even communicate online anyway so the headset would be completely useless for me. and for the HDD, you can always get it later if you already have an memory unit first then get the HDD for more storage on your system for more games and play orginal xbox games, etc.

The wired controller is a safe bet than the wireless controller because that saves you from buying batteries every time they die out and I know there's a battery charger for that, but it won't charge them fully forever. So I just bought it because I'm an old fashioned gamer. I'm happy enough with what I got. a core system, a memory unit, a Perfect Dark Zero game, and an extra wired controller, so I'm all good. Later on I will get me a silver faceplate, an HDD and afew more games like Kameo, King Kong, and Dead or Alive 4.

If you've already bought an memory unit, you should take it with you to wal mart or best buy or whatever where they have the Xbox360 stand and that it has an memory unit slot there, so you can grab some demos, trailers and other bonus features to you memory unit and take it home with you to play on the demos and shit like that. Next time I go to wal mart or whatever, I'm taking the memory unit with me to download those demos and want to play more on the Kemo demo since that's the first demo which got me hooked instantly lol.

So the core sytem sounds like a safe bet for the deaf gamers than the premium system, which seems more suitable for hearing people because of the headset and xbox live and all that shit, etc.

My friend says the same thing, he loves that controller for the Xbox 360, it's the best ever made and fits in right for him. :D
